All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment must be made in advance via a secure payment link (group bookings may require a deposit).
Minimum stay of two nights applies unless otherwise stated.
Check-in: 3:00pm | Check-out: 10:00am.
Guests are responsible for keeping accommodation clean and for any damage or loss during their stay.
Only registered guests may occupy the accommodation.
Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival; later cancellations and no-shows incur a one-night charge.
UCC Summer Beds is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Misuse of the fire alarm will result in a €300 penalty plus any emergency service costs.
Lost or unreturned keycards may incur a replacement charge.
Lead guests are responsible for the conduct of group bookings; security deposits may apply.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Breaches may result in fines of up to €1,000.
Guests must follow all health and safety guidelines and report maintenance issues promptly.
