Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Onsite in Belfast, Northern Ireland

Reports To: Operations Manager

We are searching for a passionate and customer-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team as a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our members, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Interaction:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media comments, email, and chat.
  • Address customer concerns with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Provide information about memberships and services in a friendly and professional manner.

Problem Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to escalate and resolve complex problems.

Cultural Sensitivity:

  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity in customer interactions.
  • Understand and adapt to the unique needs and expectations of RTC members

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Document common customer inquiries and solutions for reference.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and updates.
  • Provide customers with clear and accurate information about our products.

Quality Assurance:

Adhere to established customer service standards and guidelines.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Relay customer feedback to relevant team members for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness of customer expectations.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer applications.

Salary:

  • Salary range from £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Content Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content strategies across various platforms. The Social Media Content Executive will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, building audience engagement, and driving measurable results through compelling and innovative content.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant content delivery.

Content Creation:

  • Generate creative and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements 
  • Collaborate with team members to produce visually appealing and shareable content.

Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Audience Engagement:

  • Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content.
  • Provide regular reports and insights, adjusting strategies based on data and trends.

Campaign Coordination:

Develop and execute social media campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives.

  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and messaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Manager or similar role.
  • Strong creativity and demonstrated ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current trends in social media, including emerging platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Salary:

  • Salary range from £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
