Group Trip FAQs
What does RTC Group Trip Membership include?
This membership is just to access our Group Trips that are run in Ireland and abroad. Each month you will be emailed a minimum of 4 new upcoming group trips and you just book what suits you. Some of our trips will be themed such as our Trad Weekends or Yoga Retreats and others are just an excuse to bring our members together to experience a new place. We do run specific family friendly group trips and adult only group trips and others are open to everyone

I haven’t received a group trip email
The RTC Group Trip Membership Email is sent out as new trips are confirmed. This means you will only receive 2-3 emails each month and depending on when you signed up, you may be waiting up to 10 working days to get your first group trip offer email.
I’ve only received one group trip email
We will be launching a minimum of 4 new group trips each month and once you've received all the group trips being launched for the month you won't get another email until the following month. This means you may only receive 2-3 emails each month
I’ve booked a group trip
Please email grouptrips@rorystravelclub.com and include the group trip you've booked and your phone number to be added to the Whatsapp chat for the specific Group Trip. Please be aware we only add people to the Whatsapps once a week and the Whatsapps are usually set up a few days after a group trip is announced
Can't Log In to View Offers
The login section on our website is just to update your subscription payment details and not to view past offers. All our offers are sent by email and there's nowhere to log in to view past offers. With the RTC Group Trip Membership you should only expect to receive 2-3 emails a month and we’ll always resend group trips that still have availability to new members every few days
I’ve received an email from you but no information on how to book is on it
All the offer details are on the images in the email. If you can’t see the images please ensure you're not opening the email in your spam folder as they will be blocked until you move them to your main folder. Depending on your inbox settings you may need to manually download the images
Signed up & haven't received an email
Please be aware that we don't send emails everyday and the times that we send out emails will vary each day. If you signed up you should receive a welcome email within 1 hour of signing up. You will get the next group trip email that's being sent out and this will be promoted on our social media accounts
Haven’t received an Emailed Receipt
The receipt is emailed within minutes of your transaction being completed. If you do not receive a receipt please check your bank account to confirm the €12 was deducted as you may not have checked out or the payment failed. If the subscription has been deducted, you may have signed up with a different email address or there was a typo in your email when signing up. Please email membership@rorystravelclub.com
