Group Trip Annual Subscription

This membership is just to access our Group Trips that are run in Ireland and abroad. Each month you will be emailed a ,more than 4 new upcoming group trips and you just book what suits you. Some of our trips will be themed such as our Trad Weekends or Yoga Retreats and others are just an excuse to bring our members together to experience a new place. We do run specific family friendly group trips and adult only group trips and others are open to everyone

The RTC Group Trip Membership Email is sent out as new trips are confirmed. This means you will only receive 2-3 emails each month and depending on when you signed up, you may be waiting up to 10 working days to get your first group trip offer email.

We will be launching a minimum of 4 new group trips each month and once you've received all the group trips being launched for the month you won't get another email until the following month. This means you may only receive 2-3 emails each month

Please email grouptrips@rorystravelclub.com and include the group trip you've booked and your phone number to be added to the Whatsapp chat for the specific Group Trip. Please be aware we only add people to the Whatsapps once a week and the Whatsapps are usually set up a few days after a group trip is announced

The login section on our website is just to update your subscription payment details and not to view past offers. All our offers are sent by email and there's nowhere to log in to view past offers. With the RTC Group Trip Membership you should only expect to receive 2-3 emails a month and we’ll always resend group trips that still have availability to new members every few days

All the offer details are on the images in the email. If you can’t see the images please ensure you're not opening the email in your spam folder as they will be blocked until you move them to your main folder. Depending on your inbox settings you may need to manually download the images

Please be aware that we don't send emails everyday and the times that we send out emails will vary each day. If you signed up you should receive a welcome email within 1 hour of signing up. You will get the next group trip email that's being sent out and this will be promoted on our social media accounts

The receipt is emailed within minutes of your transaction being completed. If you do not receive a receipt please check your bank account to confirm the €12 was deducted as you may not have checked out or the payment failed. If the subscription has been deducted, you may have signed up with a different email address or there was a typo in your email when signing up. Please email membership@rorystravelclub.com  

The Welcome Email is sent within an hour of signing up. Please ensure you check your spam folder in case it lands there. If there’s nothing in your spam folder and you also didn’t receive an emailed receipt, this usually means you signed up with a different email address or you never completed your purchase. Please check your bank to see if the €10 was deducted and if it is, please email membership@rorystavelclub.comand we can locate your account and swap over emails if needed.

Please email membership@rorystravelclub.com and include the email you signed up with and the one you want to swap over to.

The emails usually stop when you hit the unsubscribe button on the email or mark the emails as spam. If you think you may have accidentally unsubscribed, then please find the last email sent to you and scroll to the bottom and click "Unsubscribe" it will open a pop up and you can click "Unsubscribed by Accident" and this will add you back onto the mailing list. If you accidentally marked an email as spam you will need to email membership@rorystravelclub.com and we will have to use an alternative email going forward as under GDPR regulations we can’t mark you back as subscribed.

Unfortunately, price increases are out of our control as airlines tend to do this as demand rises. It's not something we can predict and there's no set pattern to the increasing cost. We’d recommend looking at flights in incognito view and waiting a few days to check flight prices as they may drop down again.

The Facebook group link is included on the Welcome Email that was sent to you. If you no longer have the Welcome Email, then please email membership@rorystravelclub.com and the team will send you over the link. The purpose of the group is to allow our members to ask and share tips and recommendations. The Facebook group is an added bonus for our members and is a gold mine of travel information

Once you are booked onto a trip and have sent us the name and dates of the trip you've booked then we will send you the WhatsApp Group link to add yourself. 

Group Trips WhatsApps for trips within 6 weeks will be open for everyone to message into straight away. Group Trips WhatsApps for trips in a few months will be muted until closer to the trip. Details on when it will be opened to messages will be included in the specific WhatsApp Group description.

Please be aware if you have your Group Settings in WhatsApp to My Contacts, then you won't be able to add yourself to the WhatsApp Group. Please change your settings to Everyone and then click on the link that's emailed to you. You can always change it back to My Contacts once you've added yourself to the group

With some of our group trips, we don't include a hotel to book straight away as we will wait until we've final numbers on members who've booked their flights and then a call will be set up to look at everyone's budget and select a hotel that suits. We look at hotels in close proximity to each other to suit everyone's budget and preference.
