What's it All about?
While Rory and the rest of the RTC team are pretty well travelled, we've simply not been everywhere or experienced all types of travel and that's where the Member's Only Facebook Group comes in!
The purpose of the group is to allow members to ask travel related questions and get tips and recommendations from other members. It's all about community and helping one another. It's a great resource for members to utilise.
How to Join the Facebook Group

Once you've been accepted, please read the Welcome Note and familiarise yourself with the group rules.
Please note that if you don't answer all the questions or answer no to them you're request to join will be declined. Due to GDPR we're also not able to invite you to join the group.
You can find your order number on your Shopify Order confirmation email that is sent after you sign up on our website.

What Kind of Posts can I add to the group
You can post about anything travel related and below are some examples of posts shared in the group:
Can anyone recommend a hotel in X-country?
Is the travel pass for X-country worth it?
What are your must dos or recommendations for X-country?
Looking for a family hotel for X-country?
Any recommendations for a city break for someone with mobility issues?
Please note we do have post approval on and it can take some time for posts to be approved and seen within the group so please don't post anything that is time sensitive as it's not guaranteed instant approval
Declined Posts
There's certain posts that aren't allowed in the group such as any customer service related queries or asking to be sent RTC offers.
We have a dedicated Customer Service team so if you're not receiving emails or anything like that you're post will be declined however feedback will be shared asking you to email the customer service team.
Offers aren't shared in the group and only available on the weekly emails. If you post looking for a specific offer, feedback will be shared advising you to check the email and utilise the Staycation or Previous Offers link
Sometimes members ask the same question within a few hours or days of another member in which case, the post is declined and feedback is shared asking you to use the search function to find the previously approved post.
