Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, the Hillgrove Hotel, Leisure & Spa has a strict policy of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations later than 48 hours prior the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of one nights’ accommodation.
Advance purchase bookings are prepaid and non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation no refunds will be provided as per the terms and conditions of your booking.
Please note all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A non-arrival without cancellation will automatically be charged the cost of the 1st nights stay. Group Cancellation deposits cannot be offset against others bills. All rates quoted are subject to availability.
