As soon as we arrived at the Culloden Estate, I was struck by the stunning beauty of the property. The grand entrance, complete with its manicured grounds, immediately sets the tone for what’s to come. Walking into the lobby felt like stepping back in time, with its soaring ceilings and elegant chandeliers. The level of attention to detail is apparent from the moment you step foot inside.

No visit to a luxury hotel is complete without experiencing its afternoon tea, and Culloden’s offering did not disappoint. The afternoon tea experience was nothing short of spectacular. The setting was refined and inviting, with large windows overlooking the beautiful gardens and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 

The tiered stand, with an array of sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam, and a selection of pastries, was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. Each item was crafted, and the flavours were amazing. The sandwiches were light and flavourful, the scones perfectly warm and crumbly, and the pastries were a true highlight—rich and absolutely delightful.

After such a delightful afternoon, we headed over to the Culloden Spa, which turned out to be a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. The spa facilities are nothing short of outstanding, with an impressive range of treatments and amenities designed to cater to every need.

Each space was designed with serenity in mind, allowing us to unwind. The hydrotherapy pool in particular was a real treat. 

What stood out the most about our time at Culloden Estate was the seamless blend of luxury, relaxation, and exceptional service. Whether you’re visiting for an afternoon tea with friends, a romantic getaway, or a full day of pampering at the spa, Culloden offers an experience that goes above and beyond.
