A Memorable Stay at Harvey’s Point: 

A Cosy Getaway with Scenic Views and Incredible Dinner. We recently had the pleasure of spending a night at Harvey’s Point, nestled in the stunning surroundings of Lough Eske, and it was a stay that exceeded all our expectations. From breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains to indulgent food experiences, every detail of our visit made for an unforgettable escape. 

 Arrival and First Impressions 

 We arrived to the sight of the snow-capped mountains—an idyllic winter landscape that set the tone for our getaway. The warm, welcoming atmosphere at Harvey’s Point immediately put us at ease. We were greeted by friendly staff and then invited to take part in a live cooking demonstration, which turned out to be an absolute highlight of our visit. Chorizo Risotto

 The demonstration featured the talented head chef preparing a beautiful chorizo risotto. It was a real treat to see the chef in action, which made the dish even more appetising when we were able to sample it afterward. The risotto was a delightful blend of savory chorizo, creamy rice, and just the right balance of spices.

 A Complimentary Wine Tasting Class 

 Next, we were led to a beautiful room with panoramic views of Lough Eske for a complimentary wine tasting class. Surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the lake and its stunning mountain backdrop, the experience felt special.

 After the wine tasting, we checked into our room, and once again, Harvey’s Point delivered on its promise of comfort and luxury. Our room had sweeping views of Lough Eske. The room was spacious and beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

 Cosy Evenings and Delicious Dinner 

 In the evening, we cosied up by the fire in the lounge before heading for dinner in the bar. We opted for the steak, and it did not disappoint. Tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, it was the highlight of our dining experience. It was the perfect way to cap off a fantastic day.

 A Breakfast to Remember 

 The next morning, we enjoyed one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Harvey’s Point takes breakfast seriously, and it shows. Not only was the buffet extensive and full of fresh, delicious options, but the highlight was the chef preparing omelettes and pancakes to order.

 A Stay We’ll Never Forget 

 Our one-night stay at Harvey’s Point was incredible. From the live cooking demonstration to the wine tasting, cosy room with views, and exceptional meals, every moment was a treat. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Harvey’s Point is certainly a place we’ll be visiting again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in a cosy, scenic escape with exceptional food and service!
