Welcome to RTC Group Trips!
Rory’s Travel Club was set up to inspire people to travel more, make unforgettable memories, and save a little along the way. As the Club grew, we began organising group trips to bring our members together — and the response was incredible.
Now, with our dedicated Group Trips subscription, we’re focused on creating even more opportunities for members to connect, explore the world, and share amazing travel experiences. Whether you’re joining solo or with a friend, you’ll be part of a community that’s all about fun, adventure, and good company.

Please note that if you don't answer all the questions or answer no to them you're request to join will be declined. Due to GDPR we're also not able to invite you to join the group.
You can find your order number on your Shopify Order confirmation email that is sent after you sign up on our website.

What Kind of Posts can I add to the group
This group is a space for RTC Group Trip members to connect, ask questions, share advice, and get excited about upcoming trips together! Whether you're booked on a trip or considering one, feel free to post and get involved.
Here are some examples of what you might post:
Is anyone else going on the [trip name/month] group trip?
Any recommendations for what to pack for [destination] in [season/month]?
I'm travelling solo — would love to connect with others going on the same trip!
What were the highlights from the last RTC group trip to [destination]?
Any tips for someone who’s never done a group trip before?
This is your space to meet new people, ask for recommendations, and discuss all things group travel.
Please Note:
We have post approval turned on, so there may be a short delay before your post appears. For that reason, please don’t post anything time sensitive, as we cannot guarantee immediate approval.

Declined Posts
There's certain posts that aren't allowed in the group such as any customer service related queries or asking to be sent RTC offers.
We have a dedicated Customer Service team so if you're not receiving emails or anything like that you're post will be declined however feedback will be shared asking you to email the customer service team.
Offers aren't shared in the group and only available on the weekly emails. If you post looking for a specific offer, feedback will be shared advising you to check the email and utilise the Staycation or Previous Offers link
Sometimes members ask the same question within a few hours or days of another member in which case, the post is declined and feedback is shared asking you to use the search function to find the previously approved post.
